Hi, dear Professor,

In the conclusion of "Products liability, consumer misperceptions, and market power" (Polinsky and Rogerson, 1983, P 589), they said "the analysis of the article can also be applied to situations in which employees are exposed to workplace accidents." http://www.jstor.org/view/0361915x/di010143/01p0027y/0

Is this really still in the sphere of Product Liability? If so, may I also use some similar examples? Do you accept that then?

Thanks for your time and help in advance!

Regards

Zhang Zhuomin
